By accessing this website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or purchasing a service from The Herbal Realm, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Clinic Services

The Herbal Realm facilitates administrative access to licensed medical professionals. Certification is never guaranteed. A licensed physician independently determines whether a patient meets applicable Pennsylvania eligibility requirements. The Herbal Realm does not direct or influence that clinical decision.

Pennsylvania Registration Requirement

First-time patients must complete the Pennsylvania Department of Health registration process and provide the required patient identification information before an appointment can be confirmed.

Scheduling, Payment, and Attendance

Payment must be successfully completed before an appointment is reserved. Patients must provide accurate contact and registration information and attend at the scheduled time. Consultation fees pay for the professional evaluation and do not guarantee certification. Once an evaluation has been completed, the consultation fee is nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by The Herbal Realm. No-show, late-arrival, cancellation, and rescheduling rules disclosed during booking also apply.

SMS Program Terms

When you expressly opt in, you authorize The Herbal Realm to send recurring text messages concerning appointment confirmations and reminders, renewal notices, missed-call follow-up, and administrative support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or other contractual obligations. You are responsible for providing a mobile number you are authorized to use. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Eligibility

The SMS program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must communicate and provide consent on your behalf.

No Emergency or Clinical Advice by Text

Text messaging is for scheduling and administrative support. Do not use text messages for emergencies, urgent medical needs, diagnosis, or individualized medical advice. Call 911 for an emergency.

General website content is provided for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Herbal Realm and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Herbal Realm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or administrative communication services.

We may update these Terms when business, legal, or operational requirements change. Updated terms become effective when posted.
