Frequently Asked

Everything you wanted to know.

We offer convenient, compassionate evaluations with licensed Pennsylvania physicians who take time to understand your needs. Whether you’re new to the program or returning, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

How do I know if I qualify for a card?

If you have one of Pennsylvania’s approved medical conditions, you may be eligible. A licensed physician will determine eligibility during your evaluation. Common conditions include chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, and more.

Can I register if I don’t currently have a doctor?

Yes! We work with licensed Pennsylvania physicians who provide medical evaluations for new and returning patients. We’ll help you get scheduled.

How much does it cost?

The Pennsylvania Department of Health charges a $50 fee for the ID card. Physician evaluation fees may vary. Pa's DOH Fee reductions may be available for patients enrolled in Medicaid, SNAP, or PACE.

How long are the appointments with the physician?

Appointments typically take about 10–15 minutes and can be completed from the comfort of your home via secure telehealth.

Do I have to go to a dispensary right after I get my card?

No pressure. If you’re approved, your card allows legal access when you’re ready to visit a dispensary.

Can I renew after my card expires?

Yes. If your card has lapsed, you may still be able to renew. A licensed physician will need to complete your evaluation to ensure your documentation is up to date. If approved, you can then continue the renewal process through the Pennsylvania DOH portal.

How long is my card valid?

Medical marijuana cards are valid for one year. An annual evaluation with a licensed physician and renewal through the Pennsylvania DOH are required to remain active. You can access the renewal system Here.
